I Remember Mama

 

I Remember Mama - 2010 The choice to enter a substance abuse recovery program takes courage and commitment.  The need for  community support is great. Contributions for the event can be made by calling Michelle Templin-Polasek 801-363-9414 ext 104.

 

Every year around Mother's Day, Volunteers of America, Utah holds a special dinner to honor women who have made the difficult choice to seek help in recovery from addiction.

This year we will invite nearly 250 women who are in residential substance abuse treatment in Salt Lake County to an elegant dinner, on May 6th, at Little America Hotel.

Awards will be presented to Outstanding Woman in Recovery and Womenade Self-Sufficiency scholarships will be awarded to help women achieve lifelong goals.  You can help by sponsoring a woman or group to attend the banquet.

Please help by sponsoring I Remember Mama - 2010. 
$30 to sponsor one woman, $235 to sponsor a table of 8 women.
