Adult residents of Salt Lake County, 18 years or older, who are struggling with mental health concerns, such as depression, trauma, anxiety, etc. can access treatment at our facility.

Hours of operation

Cornerstone Counseling is open Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

About
Volunteers of America, Utah's Adult Mental Health Services offer mental health counseling, medication management, and case management for clients 18 and older who are struggling with mental health concernse a trauma informed approach to address mental health needs and overall well-being.

Each client is offered services specific to his or her needs, including individual counseling, group counseling, case management, integrated health care, and medication management. Our groups address topics such as grief, loss, anger, emotion regulation, substance abuse and addiction, and healing from trauma.
